What is the return policy?
All sales are final, as each piece of art is made with love and care. We hope it brings a little joy and personality to your space, and we really appreciate your support and understanding!
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days upon ordering. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we promise to get your art to you as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please email me at avorykmay@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and I’ll be happy to get it sorted out. Thanks so much for supporting a small shop!
Do I do custom orders?
Yes, I do! I create banners, custom cards, and artwork, but each custom order is handled on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to reach out so we can chat and see what’s possible!
Can I bypass shipping and pick up local?
Yes! You can skip online ordering and shipping by choosing local pickup. Just send a message through the contact form or reach out on @artistavorymay with details of what you'd like to get, and we’ll work out the details! Pickup is available around the Fairborn, Ohio area, and I ask that payment is made in advance.
